Probitas Mortgages are a company I have dealt with for several years in relation to mortgage brokering, remortgaging and insurance. Not only are its employees excellent at every level (Marcus, Aaron and Sarah to name a few) they are honest and meticulous with their approach.
It is not often you deal with companies that have a genuine interest in making sure you get the best service, so I would strongly recommend them if you need brokering and related services.
Aaron and Tom worked tirelessly on my complex case to obtain a mortgage that was right for my circumstances and were there every step of the way until completion. All my remortgage business goes through Probitas. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We have used Probitas Mortgages on recommendation of a friend, both for our new house purchase and remortgage (let to buy) of the house we own. Marcus was superb, he managed to obtain us a great mortgage offer in a very short time. The whole experience after that was easy thanks to Emmanuel and Kate, chasing estate agents and solicitors on behalf of us.

I've been using Probitas for several years now and they have just found me another good deal and sorted everything out quickly. Helped me get all the documents i needed and chased the providers. This is a very delayed review but I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and her team at Probitas. The service we received was far beyond the scope of what was their responsibility and we’re so grateful. They turned what could have been an absolute nightmare into a well managed situation which ultimately resulted in us purchasing our first home and we couldn’t be happier. If you have any hesitation, set it aside immediately, there is (in my opinion) no team better.

I would highly recommended Prohibitas mortgages. They were extremely helpful and found me the best deal for my first purchase of a property. I dealt with Aaron Tyson who was very professional and helped to push on any delays with solicitors that occurred. He also reviewed my insurance policies and managed to make monthly savings and cover my partner also. Great work guys will definitely be using you again.
